William Lewis Moore! William was born 20 February, 1838 in Pleasant Hill, Dallas Co. AL. He died 10 December, 1896 in Seminary, MS. He was the son of John Moore and Elizabeth Eleanor Oliver.

William married 10 October, 1857 in Bibb Co. AL. to Mary Catherine Heisler who was born 15 August, 1839 in Dallas Co. AL. She died 5 September, 1922 in Seminary, MS. Her parents were; Martin Heisler and Anne Domine

Eight Children:

1. Thena Ellenor Moore, born 29 September, 1858 Bibb Co. AL. and died 8 July, 1919 in Covington Co. MS. She married William Anderson

2. John Martin Moore, born 12 October, 1862 Bibb Co. AL. and died 25 September, 1929 in Jackson, MS. He married twice. Georgianna Lott, and Ophelia D. Dossett.

3. Amelia Elizabeth Moore, born 1856 Bibb Co. AL. and died 1934 Seminary, MS.

4. William Lewis Moore, 11 born 1867 Bibb Co. AL. died 1934 Covington Co. MS. He married Clarissa C. Harrell.

5. James Frederick Moore, born 13 June, 1871 Covington Co. died 7 June, 1941 Jackson, MS. He married Mary Frances Bolton in Covington Co. 28 June, 1898.

6. Mary Catherine Moore, born 8 August, 1872 in Covington Co. and died 20 September, 1977 Alexandria, LA. She married 1896 in Covington Co. to Alfred David Harrell.

7. Virginia Frantz Moore, born 14 February, 1878 Covington Co. and died 1945. She married Walter Scott Minter in Covington Co. in 1899.

8. Alonzo Gustavious Moore, born 29 July, 1883 Covington Co. and died 1957 in the same Co. He married Kate Kelly.
